Booking an Appointment
Online booking is now available!
If you are having trouble finding a day/ time that works with your schedule, please feel free to email me at amandavickersphysio@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate. I will closely monitor waitlists and add shifts on days/ times that have a high demand so please also remember to add yourself to the waitlist for your desired days.

Before Your Session
Please read and complete all consent forms prior to attending your first session
Please bring appropriate clothing for your treatment and change prior to your session starting, to maximize our treatment time.

Parking:
Surrounding the building there is both free and metered parking. Free parking can be found on Fir Street; some with restrictions (ex. 2 hr max) and some that are unlimited. Please make sure to read the signage to confirm. West 6th is predominantly metered parking and costs ~ $2/ hour. There is also an EasyPark pay parking lot on site that costs ~$6/ hour.
Getting into the building:
A buzzer system (see above) is used to secure the building. The buzzer is located on the south side of the building. Simply dial “102” and I will buzz you in. Once in the building, please take a seat in the waiting area and wait for me to come and get you. There are two washrooms for your use if you need prior to your appointment.
Billing & Cancellation
Billing and payment:
Credit cards are required to book an appointment and will be used to charge only after an appointment is completed. Credit cards must be uploaded no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment time in order to hold your appointment. Your appointment may be rescheduled if this is not completed. Please let us know prior to your appointment if you do not have a credit card so that we can make arrangements for you.
A receipt with information for extended health insurance will be emailed following your appointment. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Please note, clients are responsible for reviewing their extended health coverage and will be responsible for any charges rejected from their insurer.
Unfortunately, direct billing, WCB and ICBC claims are not accepted at this time.

Cancellation policy:
Please ensure all appointment cancellations/ changes are made in advance. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee for the full cost of their appointment to the card on file.
