New clients always welcome

Having been born and raised in Vancouver, being in close proximity to the ocean has been something I always appreciated, and along with friends and family, has been one of the many reasons I was drawn back to Vancouver since completing my Physiotherapy Masters Degree at Queens University in 2013.
I’ve now been working over ten years as a Physiotherapist in Vancouver and have loved every minute of it. Whether it is channeling back to my early years as a dancer and cheerleader with Team Canada, relating to prenatal and post partum challenges, or simply understanding the importance of pain free daily activity, I truly enjoy connecting with and doing my best to help every client I work with. Over the years, my clinical toolkit has gained skills in advanced manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular and concussion management and exercise prescription. I work closely with a number of professionals in the area including chiropractors, massage therapists, naturopaths, kinesiologists, osteopaths and personal trainers and value collaborating with them to create a holistic and personalized treatment plan.
When I’m not in the office, I’m typically chasing around my two little munchkins, running on the seawall or planning our next family vacation. Relationships, traveling and health are my non-negotiables and theres nothing better than sharing these values with like-minded individuals.
